We aren't in this life to live it alone. Support benefits our entire being spirit, soul, and body. God's support is eternal. Our loved ones are there for us. Asking for support in life and health is beneficial. We need them. Resist closing off and isolating. Lean into their love and care for you.

We need God and each other on this journey. Always remember you are more than the diagnosis, circumstances, or what anyone says about you. Allowing support gives us help, added years onto our lives, comfort, and someone to confide in with our victories and struggles. Make it easy on our care providers and loved ones when we allow them to help us. You are not a burden. There's no shame in asking for help or support. God compels us to "Ask," "Seek," and "Knock."
